    How it works

    Type or paste names, one per line (up to 500). Press Spin, click the wheel or press Space. The winner is chosen the moment you spin, using your browser's cryptographic random number generator (crypto.getRandomValues) with rejection sampling, so every entry has exactly the same chance — the animation then lands on it. Nobody, including us, can influence the result.

    Useful options

    • Remove the winner — for picking a presentation order or several prize winners without repeats. The winners list keeps the order.
    • Give someone more chances — list them more than once.
    • Share link — the names are encoded in the link itself (nothing is stored on a server), so a colleague can open the same wheel.
    • Full screen — for projecting in a classroom or meeting.

    Your list is remembered in this browser for next time. To pick several people at once without a wheel, Sort lines can shuffle a list randomly.
