CAMT in Belgium

ISO 20022 CAMT.053 is the XML bank statement that is replacing CODA; CAMT.054 notifies individual debits and credits, and CAMT.052 is the intraday report. Belgian banks put the structured communication in RmtInf/Strd/CdtrRefInf/Ref with the proprietary type BBA; RF references use type SCOR. Both are recognised and checked here.

Batch bookings (one entry with several TxDtls, e.g. a direct-debit collection) are split into individual transactions. Versions .001.02 to .001.13 are supported. The output schema is identical to the CODA viewer; to check that the CODA and CAMT versions of the same day agree, use Compare statements.
